About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Production Assistant to join our team. This is a hands-on role where you'll support our production and warehousing operations, helping ensure everything runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Operational Support: Assist with production line work, order picking, packing, and general warehousing duties
- Compliance & Safety: Maintain accurate production records and follow all health & safety procedures
- Efficiency: Contribute ideas and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Problem Solving: Identify and resolve workflow issues to keep operations running seamlessly
What We're Looking For:- Forklift experience (essential)
- Mechanical experience (advantageous)
- Physically fit and capable of regular heavy lifting
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Well-organised with attention to detail
- A proactive team player with a strong work ethic
