    This is a hands-on, varied role supporting administration, HR, finance, and day-to-day office coordination.

    About the role

    You'll be the backbone of the office, working closely with management and the wider team to ensure everything runs efficiently.

    Key responsibilities include:
    • Managing day-to-day office operations and systems
    • Supporting HR processes, payroll, and staff documentation
    • Handling accounts payable/receivable and general financial admin
    • Coordinating purchasing, suppliers, and materials
    • Maintaining records, compliance, and health & safety documentation
    About you:
    • Proven experience in office management or senior administration
    • Strong organisation and time management skills
    • Confident handling HR and payroll processes
    • High attention to detail and professionalism
    • Able to juggle multiple priorities and work independently
