This is a hands-on, varied role supporting administration, HR, finance, and day-to-day office coordination.
About the role
You'll be the backbone of the office, working closely with management and the wider team to ensure everything runs efficiently.
Key responsibilities include:- Managing day-to-day office operations and systems
- Supporting HR processes, payroll, and staff documentation
- Handling accounts payable/receivable and general financial admin
- Coordinating purchasing, suppliers, and materials
- Maintaining records, compliance, and health & safety documentation
About you:- Proven experience in office management or senior administration
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- Confident handling HR and payroll processes
- High attention to detail and professionalism
- Able to juggle multiple priorities and work independently
