We are currently seeking a Head Chef / Senior Chef to lead our kitchen team at Frasers Cafe.
You'll be working within a friendly, small, and dedicated team, with the opportunity to shape menus, influence kitchen culture, and drive consistency and quality.
About the Role:- Lead and manage day-to-day kitchen operations
- Design and develop seasonal, on-trend menus
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene
- Train, mentor, and inspire junior kitchen staff
- Manage stock, ordering, and food cost control
- Work closely with front-of-house to deliver an exceptional customer experience

To be considered, you will have:- At least 2+ years' experience in a similar role (or strong Sous Chef ready to step up)
- Proven leadership or supervisory skills in a busy kitchen
- Strong understanding of food safety and kitchen operations
- Creativity, passion, and a keen eye for detail
- Ability to work under pressure and in a team environment
- Reliable, positive attitude with excellent work ethic
- Good English communication and numeracy skills
- Availability for early mornings, evenings, and weekends
- A current driver's licence
