    The Role

    We are seeking a Systems & Support Trainer to support our business. This is a hands-on, people-focused role working closely with the Business Support Manager and Operations Team to deliver training, guidance, and ongoing support of our systems and processes.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Deliver onboarding and induction training for new support staff
    • Upskill Business Support and Agents in CRM and operational systems
    • Act as a key point of contact for systems support and troubleshooting
    • Promote best practice, consistency, and Bayleys brand standards
    • Support system improvements, workflows, and SharePoint structure
    • Provide operational and administrative support as required
    About You

    You are confident using business systems, enjoy supporting and upskilling others, and take pride in accuracy and consistency. You remain calm under pressure, are highly organised, and are comfortable working with a wide range of people in a fast‑paced environment. Experience in the real estate industry is preferred, along with the ability to confidently use CRM and operational systems.
