CMG Motorcycles are number one in the market across multiple brands - Including Triumph, CFMOTO, Vespa, Indian, BMW, Suzuki, Moto Guzzi, Aprilia, and MV Augusta.
Our Service Advisors are responsible for supplying our customers with a high level of service through excellent communication and attention to detail.
Daily duties would include making bookings, invoicing, administration tasks, communicating with the Workshop Foreman to meet our customers' expectations, and keeping our customers informed on all aspects of their experience with us to build long lasting relationships.
Our ideal candidate for this position would have:- Previous automotive experience
- A current motorcycle licence
- Willingness to go above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Ability to recognise concerns before they escalate
- Good computer knowledge
- Enjoyment in a customer facing role
- Ability to work with a team and as an individual
- High level of personal presentation
