We are currently looking for a Property Manager to join our team working in our Waihi & Waihi Beach offices.
This is a challenging, yet highly rewarding role where you will be responsible for managing an existing portfolio of properties.
To be successful you will need to have a flexible approach to your work, enjoy a challenge and display excellent attention to detail. Property Management experience would be advantageous, however is not essential.
We are looking for someone who demonstrates a great attitude and strong attention to detail, however, equally important is the ability to connect with people and stay positive throughout the day.
Our ideal applicant will be willing to learn on the job and study towards the Certificate in Residential Property Management if they don't already have this.

Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
Problem solving ability with conflict resolution skills
A high level of personal presentation and professionalism
Tech-savvy and able to pick up new systems quickly
Ability to work in a team environment - While your work is independent, you'll be a valued part of the team
