    We are looking for a motivated all-rounder to take sole charge of our branch operations, combining customer service, sales, warehousing, and stock management.

    If you're someone who enjoys dealing with builders, flooring installers, contractors and trade professionals, and you thrive on building relationships and driving sales, we'd love to hear from you.

    The Role

    This is a hands-on branch role where no two days are the same. You will be responsible for:
    • Selling a range of well-known brands into the flooring and construction markets
    • Providing excellent customer service to customers
    • Building strong relationships with a wide variety of customers.
    • Managing branch stock, ordering and inventory control of your branch's stock.
    • Picking, packing and dispatching orders
    • Maintaining a clean, organised warehouse
    • Helping grow the local customer base and branch turnover
    You will effectively run the branch day-to-day, so being organised, proactive and self-driven is essential.

    What We're Looking For

    We want someone who is:
    • A natural salesperson who enjoys dealing with people
    • Self-starting and highly motivated
    • Confident dealing with a variety of customers
    • Comfortable working independently in a sole charge role
    • Computer and systems literate
    • Good with stock control and warehouse processes
    • Reliable, organised and practical
    Preferred (but not essential if you are the right person):
    • Experience in flooring, construction supplies, or trade sales
    • Forklift licence (we can help you obtain this if required)
