    • We are looking for a tractor and machinery parts person to join our team in Kamo, Whangarei.

    Our team thrives on solving customers problems and getting their tractors and machinery up and running as quickly as possible. We have strong growth plans so we need someone who can come on board and hit the ground running.

    If you don't have parts experience per se but know tractors and machinery very well, we could make that work.

    WHAT'S ON OFFER?:
    • This is a full-time position (up to 42.5 hours per week) between 7.30am and 5.00pm, working Monday to Friday (we
      value our weekends!). There is scope for flexibility in what hours you work in between those times.

    • Pay range: $25-$35 per hour.
    ABOUT US:

    AgSpares are based in Kamo, Whangarei and are an established reseller of new and used tractor parts servicing New Zealand, Australia and the Pacific.

    We are a small family business with a flat organisational structure and no Head Office telling us what to do!
    We have been supplying parts to farmers, mechanics and contractors for over 30 years and are proud of the
    relationships we have built along the way. No two days are the same, the business is growing and we are looking for the right person to grow with us.

    THE ROLE

    The main things you would be doing are listed below but no two days are really the same:
    • Frontline Sales & Customer Service for new tractor parts including through our online channel
    • Providing price and availability of new parts by researching product availability from suppliers
    • Providing pricing and availability for used parts enquiries
    • Stock control
    • Inwards and outwards goods
    QUALIFICATIONS

    Some of the personal traits you are likely to have are:
    • Excellent communication skills and being able to provide high levels of customer service
    • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
    • Very good computer skills
    • A mind-set of continuous learning and improvement
    For this position you will need to have NZ residency or a valid NZ Work Visa. A full NZ Drivers Licence is
    required.
