We are on the hunt for an experienced and passionate customer facing professional to join our Service Team. With a proven background in hospitality or retail customer environments here is your opportunity to be mentored, coached, to learn the Automotive sector as our new Service Advisor. You'll need to understand the importance of assisting our clients, in a positive and can do way, supported by a skilled team as we collectively strive to exceed customer expectations.
In this role, we are looking for and will be responsible for:- Exceptional New Zealand customer facing experience in a hospitality or retail environment.
- Clear ability to learn the automotive sector and grow into a highly skilled Service Advisor, over time.
- Excellent spoken and written English, strong numerical skills coupled with retail computer experience (Microsoft Suite preferred).
- A genuine drive to deliver excellence in customer experience
- A desire to contribute to a strong team culture and environment
- Contribute to your own and wider team KPI's
- A clean, full New Zealand driver's license
