    We are looking for a driven, energetic Business Development Manager to help grow our portfolio by winning new business and building strong relationships with property investors.

    This is a rare opportunity to step into a high-impact role within one of the region's leading property management businesses.

    The Role

    You'll be responsible for growing our management portfolio through:
    • Attending sales meetings and auction days
    • Working closely with Bayleys sales agents to support their investor clients with rental appraisals and providing management advice
    • Building strategic relationships with industry partners and professional networks to drive new property management and business development opportunities.
    • Completing rental appraisals for new clients
    • Building a personal brand through video and social media to attract new landlord clients
    • Converting leads and referrals into new managements
    • Providing rental market insights and advice to investors and sales agents
    • Proactively identifying and approaching potential landlords and investors
    You'll be backed by our experienced property management team, the strength of the Bayleys brand and proven systems that help convert opportunities into long-term clients. This is a highly visible, relationship-driven role for someone who enjoys meeting people, building a personal brand and winning new business. It's not a desk job, you'll be out in the market attending auctions, meeting investors and creating opportunities. If you're competitive, driven and motivated by results, you'll thrive in this role.
