About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and self-driven individual to join our well-established Property Management Team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build or further develop their career in property management within a supportive and successful office.
Full training will be provided for the right person who is eager to learn and grow within the industry.
Key Responsibilities
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
Property letting
Conducting property inspections
Monitoring rent arrears and managing accounts
Completing rental appraisals
Preparing and executing tenancy documentation
Attending routine property inspections
Skills & Experience
To be successful in this role you will ideally have:
A strong understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act 1986
A passion for real estate and career progression
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and time management abilities
High attention to detail with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Exceptional customer service skills
The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
A trustworthy, reliable, and professional attitude
The ability to speak Chinese will be highly advantageous.
