    Due to company growth and exciting new new build projects, Marra Marine are on the lookout for skilled Boat Builders at all levels, including an experienced Senior Boat Builder to step into a Team Leader role.

    Whether you're an accomplished tradesperson ready to take the next step into leadership, or an experienced Boat Builder looking for a stable, rewarding role with variety, we'd love to hear from you.

    About the roles

    You'll be working on a wide range of custom projects across both our workshop and the marina. No two days are the same, and quality craftsmanship is always the priority.

    The Senior Boat Builder - Team Leader position also includes:
    • Leading by example on the tools
    • Supporting and guiding team members
    • Helping maintain high standards of workmanship, efficiency, and safety
    What we're looking for:
    • Strong skills in wood and composite boatbuilding
    • Marine painting experience is a strong advantage
    • A keen eye for detail and pride in high-quality workmanship
    • Self-motivated with a high level of initiative
    • Able to work independently and as part of a team
    • Clear and effective communicator
    • Clean, current driver's licence
    • For the Team Leader role: prior leadership or supervisory experience
