    We're now on the lookout for an experienced Lead Plumber / Drainlayer to join the team and take ownership of projects across renovations and new builds.

    About the Role

    This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be responsible for delivering projects from start to finish. You'll lead from the front - managing jobs, supporting apprentices, and ensuring work is completed to a high standard, every time.

    Key responsibilities:
    • Deliver projects on time and within budget
    • Maintain clear communication with management, clients, and builders
    • Make sound decisions on-site without needing constant direction
    • Manage labour and material usage effectively
    • Use job management software (Fergus) and basic digital tools
    About You

    We're looking for a trade professional who has 5+ years post-qualified experience in plumbing and drainlaying.

    You'll also need to demonstrate:
    • Proven experience in renovations and new builds
    • Strong communication skills with clients, builders, and the team
    • The ability to take initiative and solve problems on-site
    • Confidence to lead a team and train apprentices
    • A mindset of continuous improvement - willing to suggest better ways of doing things
    • Ability to read and interpret plans
    • Honest and proactive - comfortable asking for help and keen to upskill
