HR Engineering is a medium-sized, well-established family owned company carrying out a wide variety of work from small fabrication jobs to heavy transport and everything in between. The business has been built on providing great service with a can-do attitude. We have three separate dedicated workshops; a machine shop, steel fabrication workshop, and stainless steel/aluminium workshop all situated on the one site in central Blenheim.
The Marlborough region offers all your outdoor and indoor activities from all sports, hunting, fishing, yachting, tramping, and skiing, just to name a few - to wineries, restaurants, shopping, bars, indoor stadiums and pools - endless activities for young and old.
We are now looking for a detail-oriented Office Administrator to work within our friendly team.
This is a full time role working Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 4:30pm.
Duties and responsibilities for this role include:- Invoicing accounts receivables
- First point of contact reception, customer enquiries and taking jobs
- Customer phone enquiries
- Bank reconciliation
- Debtor control and follow up
- Health and safety co-ordinator
- Various filing
- Stationery ordering
Experience and Key Attributes:- Must be proficient in the use of MYOB
- Good under understanding in the use of Microsoft Office suite especially Excel spread sheets
- Previous work in trade environment
- Health and safety training
- Drivers Licence
- Forklift licence an advantage
- Excellent command of the English language
- Numerically accurate with good maths skills
- Polite and friendly
- Good customer relations
- Out going with good sense of humour
- Used to Trade terminology and language
