Tristram Northland is one of Northland's largest multi-franchised car dealerships. We are the proud home of Hyundai, Isuzu, Renault, Volkswagen, MG, Nissan, Chery and JAC in Northland.
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and oversee our sales department across all brands at our Tristram Northland in Whangarei.
We are looking for someone who can demonstrate:- Proven experience in automotive vehicle sales management
- Demonstrated success leading multi-brand or multi-team sales operations
- Strong commercial and financial acumen
- Ability to lead, influence, and hold teams accountable
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong organisational and decision-making abilities
- Professional presentation and approach
Key Responsibilities:- Lead, coach, and manage the full vehicle sales team across all brands
- Drive overall sales volume, gross profit, and dealership performance
- Oversee daily sales operations, processes, and standards
- Support and manage Brand Managers and sales staff
- Set, monitor, and review sales KPIs and targets
- Manage stock mix, aged inventory, and pricing strategies
- Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards and dealership policies
- Oversee customer experience from enquiry through to delivery
- Analyse sales data, reporting, and performance trends
- Foster a professional, accountable, and motivated sales culture
