What's the Role?

As a Sales Cadet, you'll be the right hand support for an established agent, helping them with the daily hustle that keeps a top tier business moving. You'll get to observe listing presentations, assist with open home set ups, and learn the CRM systems that power the Ray White network. It's a hands-on role designed to give you a massive head start so that the day your license is issued, you're already miles ahead of the competition.
Who We're Looking For
We are looking for someone who is already enrolled in their real estate course and is nearing completion. You need to be a high-energy "people person" with an impeccable work ethic and a professional image. Because this role is about learning through doing, we need someone who is proactive, tech-savvy, and not afraid to pick up the phone or talk to a stranger. If you have a reliable vehicle, a positive attitude, and a genuine hunger to build a long-term career in property, you're exactly who we're after.
