    A&T Glass Taupo is growing, and we're looking for hands-on Outdoor Living Specialists to join our team.

    This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working outdoors, building quality structures, and seeing the finished result of their work transform how people live in their homes.

    With a strong pipeline of upcoming projects, you'll be involved in creating beautiful, functional indoor and outdoor spaces for our customers throughout the Taupo region.

    The work you'll be doing

    Every project is different. One day you might be installing a louvre roof or pergola, the next you could be fitting fencing, gates, or security screens.

    You'll work across projects including:
    • Pergolas, louvre roofs and awnings
    • Garden sheds, fencing and gates
    • Security screens, shutters and insect screens
    • Custom indoor and outdoor installations
    If you enjoy hands-on work and variety, this role offers plenty of both.

    What we're looking for:

    You don't need experience in every product we install - we're looking for someone with the right attitude and practical skills.

    You may come from a background in:
    • Building or construction
    • Aluminium joinery
    • Landscaping or outdoor construction
    • General trades or installation work
    Ideally you will have:
    • Strong hands-on skills and pride in your workmanship
    • A practical problem-solving mindset
    • Good communication and customer service skills
    • Physical fitness and comfort working outdoors and at heights
    • A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
    • Your own basic tools (tool maintenance allowance provided)
    Training will be provided for the right person.
