    We are now looking for a Parts Advisor to join our team - an important role in keeping our service department running smoothly.

    The Role

    As a Parts Advisor, you'll help supply and managing parts for our busy workshop while delivering excellent service to technicians and customers alike. You'll ensure the right parts are available when needed, maintain accurate inventory, and help keep the department operating efficiently.

    This is a varied position where flexibility and teamwork are key. In addition to parts duties, you'll occasionally assist the wider aftersales team, including helping our Service Advisors and supporting with other general dealership tasks when required.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Supplying parts to technicians and customers
    • Ordering, receipting, and managing parts inventory
    • Maintaining accurate stock control and records
    • Assisting customers with parts enquiries
    • Supporting the service team with day-to-day operations
    • Helping Service Advisors and assisting with general dealership duties when needed
    What We're Looking For:
    • Strong organisation and attention to detail
    • Great communication and customer service skills
    • A positive attitude and willingness to help
    • Automotive parts experience
    • Confidence using computer systems and parts catalogues
    • A full, clean driver licence
