About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Azure Infrastructure & DevOps Engineer to design, build, and support Connexionz' growing cloud infrastructure and modern software delivery practices. This role plays a critical part in operating and optimizing high-availability platforms that support infrastructure across Australia, New Zealand, and the United States.
You will provide hands-on technical expertise to scale and enhance our cloud environments, ensuring performance, resilience, security, and cost efficiency. Working closely with development, product, and operations teams, you will help drive continuous improvement across our cloud and DevOps capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Design, implement, and maintain secure, scalable Azure cloud infrastructure.
- Optimize cloud environments for availability, performance, and cost efficiency.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support automated build, test, and deployment processes.
- Develop, implement and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions.
- Support SaaS product development and cloud modernization initiatives.
- Establish and enhance monitoring, logging, and alerting capabilities.
- Apply cloud security best practices aligned with global cybersecurity standards.
- Support Windows-based hosting environments, including IIS and SQL Server.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve delivery velocity and operational reliability.
Required Experience & Skills
Experience:- 5+ years of experience implementing and supporting Azure-based infrastructure and cloud services.
- Proven experience supporting SaaS product development or cloud transformation initiatives.
- Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Azure DevOps.
- Demonstrated experience designing and implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC).

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or relevant experience.
