  • We're a busy, well-regarded workshop in Pukekohe and we need someone to own the front of the business.

    This isn't a sit-and-answer-phones role. You'll be the person who keeps everything moving - jobs booked correctly, customers looked after, accounts chased, and the front desk running clean and efficiently while the workshop gets on with the work.

    WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
    • Book jobs in, assign timing with the workshop foreman, and manage the schedule
    • Handle inbound calls and walk-in customers - professional, warm, and efficient
    • Process invoices and take payments
    • Chase outstanding accounts - you don't let things slide
    • Manage our social media posting (training provided)
    • Keep the front end tidy and organised
    • Support the workshop team with parts ordering and general admin
    WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
    • Organised and efficient - you're the kind of person who creates order, not adds to the chaos
    • Good on the phone and face-to-face - customers leave feeling looked after
    • Social media comfortable - you know how to post, caption, and keep a profile active
    • Some exposure to automotive, trades, or a workshop environment is a bonus - not a must
    • You follow things through. Accounts get paid. Jobs don't get lost. Details matter to you.
