What You'll Be Doing:
Making outbound calls to warm leads who have expressed interest
Identifying customer needs and recommending Autolife vehicle protection plans
Clearly explaining policy benefits and value
Handling objections and closing sales on the call
Processing policies and setting up secure payments
Maintaining accurate records in our CRM system
Consistently achieving daily activity and monthly sales targets
What Success Looks Like

What We're Looking For:
Proven outbound telesales experience preferred
A competitive mindset and strong work ethic

Strong communication and persuasion skills
Resilience and a positive attitude toward targets
Bilingual candidates (English & Mandarin) are a strong advantage.

This is a full-time position (42.5 hours per week) including alternate Saturdays.
