About the Role
We're seeking a motivated and tech savvy Leading Hand to join our small team of 4 at our Rolleston MagnumStone production facility.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate daily production activities to ensure products are prepared and poured in line with the production schedule
- Utilise RF scanners, bin counts, and track stock counts on NetSuite
- Manage concrete deliveries to support production timelines
- Monitor product quality and minimise production defects
- Forklift operation / dispatch
- Complete and submit daily production documentation
- Lead daily toolbox meetings with the production team
To be successful in this role, you will have:- Forklift experience
- OSH and F endorsements (preferred)
- A confident and professional communication style
- Ability to motivate staff and lead from the front
- Strong computer skills (MS Office; NetSuite, or SAP experience advantageous)
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- A proactive, adaptable approach and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Previous leadership or concrete experience will be an advantage but NOT essential, full training and support will be provided to the right candidate.
