    About the role

    We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales & Marketing Team Leader to join our award winning team in a full time role on the North Shore.

    We are looking for a professional and personable Sales & Marketing Team Leader to enhance the quality, productivity, and engagement of our sales and marketing support team, ensuring our clients and Cooper & Co sales teams receive a seamless, world‑class service. Each Team Leader will manage a pod of Sales & Marketing Coordinators, acting as a player‑coach, overseeing daily workflow, providing hands-on support, and championing a culture where Better Never Stops.

    Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
    • Oversee daily workflow across listings, sales and marketing campaigns, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery.
    • Manage team coverage and resources, maintaining seamless support across offices and pods.
    • Lead, coach and develop Sales & Marketing Coordinators, setting clear KPIs and driving high performance.
    • Monitor service levels, productivity and quality standards, proactively resolving bottlenecks.
    • Embed best practice across campaign processes, including listings, AML, marketing and sales administration.
    • Use data and KPIs to identify improvements and enhance efficiency, accuracy and turnaround times.
    • Ensure full compliance with the Real Estate Agents Act 2008, AML requirements and company policies.
    • Partner closely with Branch Managers and Sales Leaders to deliver exceptional support outcomes.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Tech, Marketing, Finance) to improve systems and processes.
    • Contribute to a positive, high-performance culture aligned with company values.

    To succeed in this role you'll need:
    • Proven senior administrator, team leader or office manager in real estate, professional services or a high‑volume marketing environment.
    • Track record of lifting team performance while juggling day‑to‑day delivery.
    • Advanced workflow & people‑scheduling skills.
    • Deep working knowledge of listing/sales administration systems, campaign management tools and Microsoft productivity suites.
    • Confidence to coach others and provide clear, candid feedback.
    • Strong business acumen, able to balance service quality with efficiency to drive sustainable growth.
    • Calm under pressure, solutions‑focused and relentlessly organised.
    • Natural relationship‑builder who connects teams and keeps communication open.
