    • CMG Campers is rapidly expanding, and we are seeking additional Automotive Technicians to join our growing Motorhome and Caravan workshop.

    We currently have opportunities across two specialist areas:

    Motorhome Technician

    This is a traditional mechanical role suited to qualified Automotive Technicians. The position involves mechanical servicing, diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance of motorhomes. If you're a mechanic looking to apply your core trade skills within a modern, well-equipped workshop environment - this is the perfect opportunity.

    Caravan Technician

    This role is more accessory and fit-out focused and is ideal for someone with strong all-round technical skills. The Caravan Technician position involves fitting and installing upgrades and accessories, servicing appliances and systems, and performing general repairs. Previous experience within the caravan industry is highly regarded. This role suits someone hands-on, practical, and confident working across multiple systems rather than purely mechanical tasks.

    Required Skills & Experience

    Motorhome Technician:
    • Trade qualified Automotive Technician
    • Experience servicing and repairing vehicles
    • Strong diagnostic and mechanical repair skills
    Caravan Technician:
    • Able to service and perform repairs to appliances and systems such as fridges, plumbing, kitchen appliances and heaters
    • Knowledge of 12V systems
    • Experience fitting solar panels, motor movers, satellite dishes, fresh and grey water tanks and other caravan accessories
    • Experience working on caravans, motorhomes, campervans or marine craft
    • Proven ability fitting upgrades such as solar panels, TVs, motor movers, diesel heaters, and water systems
    • Caravan industry experience highly regarded
