What your day will look like
You'll be the face of OAYP for property owners and tenants, with the following broad areas of responsibility:- Portfolio growth: Creating and executing a plan to bring new property owners into the fold.
- Relationship building: Networking, attending events, and turning leads into long-term clients.
- End-to-end management: From fair market rent assessments to selecting the perfect tenants and managing maintenance, routine inspections and managing exits.
- Problem solving: Acting as the calm voice of reason in disputes and representing owners at tenancy hearings.
- Compliance and detail: Keeping the paperwork sharp and the database up to date.
