We are a small, owner-operated healthcare business committed to professional service and genuine patient care.     About the Role

    This is a varied, hands-on position where you will work across both pharmacy retail and CPAP operations (within the same premises).

    Front-of-Shop Retail Support:
    • Assisting customers at the pharmacy counter
    • Providing professional, friendly customer service
    • Handling day-to-day retail enquiries
    CPAP & Customer Support:
    • Assisting with CPAP mask fittings
    • Helping customers select masks and replacement parts
    • Responding to phone and email enquiries
    • Managing returns and exchanges
    E-Commerce & Operations:
    • Processing Shopify orders
    • Packing and dispatching online orders
    • Managing stock levels and reordering
    • Assisting with stocktakes and inventory control
    This role will suit someone comfortable balancing customer-facing interaction with operational and administrative responsibilities.

    This is a full time role working approximately 35 hours per week with flexible weekday hours. Saturdays are a requirement (working 9:00am - 12:30pm).

    About You

    We are looking for someone who is:
    • Calm, confident and professional with customers
    • Organised and detail-oriented
    • Comfortable using computer systems and online platforms
    • Reliable and happy to work Saturdays
    • Able to manage multiple responsibilities in a small team
    Experience in the following will be preferred (but is not essential):
    • Pharmacy or healthcare retail
    • Shopify or e-commerce platforms
    • Stock management or inventory control
    Full training will be provided for the right candidate.
