    We're looking for a Qualified Builder to join our team.

    Key Responsibilities will include:
    • Read and interpret plans to deliver high-quality construction work
    • Supervise and support crews and subcontractors on site
    • Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and company procedures
    • Maintain quality control across all stages of the build
    • Coordinate materials and site resources efficiently
    • Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and project stakeholders
    • Identify and resolve issues to keep projects on schedule
    • Mentor and support team members in their development
    Based out of our Pukekohe office/yard each morning, you'll work across various job sites throughout Franklin and Auckland. This role is key to ensuring the smooth running of job sites and labour units while maintaining strong relationships with staff, clients, and suppliers.

    Hours:
    • Monday to Friday
    • Minimum 35 hours per week
    • Usual hours between 6:00am-7:00am start and 4:30pm-5:30pm finish
    • Occasional Saturdays as required
    • Overtime paid after 40 hours
    We are looking for a Qualified Builder with at least 1-2 years' post-qualification experience (however, we will also consider 3rd Year Apprentices).

    You will need to demonstrate:
    • Residential or commercial building experience
    • Full Driver's Licence
    • Site Safe Passport
    • Own reliable transport
    • Own tools
    • Structural steel knowledge is a bonus (training provided)
    • Strong English communication skills
