If you're an MSP engineer who takes pride in clean, well-designed environments and prefers getting ahead of problems rather than chasing them, this role is for you. At our company, we apply a uniquely proactive framework and dedicate fulltime positions to Technology Alignment - focusing on highlighting and remediating underlying issues before they turn into problems. Your job is to assess client environments, understand how they compare to our always-evolving best practice blueprint, and ensure our customer environments are stable, secure, and modern.
What You'll Be Doing:
You'll run structured alignment assessments with customers across Microsoft 365, Intune, identity, security baselines, and cloud/onsite infrastructure, identifying risks and misconfigurations before they become problems. You'll pair with our Technology Success Managers to turn your findings into clear roadmaps, help strengthen our standards library, and work directly with stakeholders during onsite visits - not only to fix things, but to ensure everything aligns with how it should be built.
