What we're looking for
Are you a technically capable problem solver who loves translating business needs into smart, modern cloud solutions? We're looking for a motivated Systems Engineer to join our growing team. If you enjoy working with customers, designing elegant solutions, and getting hands-on with Microsoft cloud technologies, this is an excellent opportunity to develop your career in an innovative and fastmoving environment.
This role is perfect for someone who is confident working across M365/Azure, server provisioning and troubleshooting, networking fundamentals, and modern workplace tooling - or someone with solid engineering experience who is ready to step up into a more solution focused position.
What you will do:- Provide pre‑sales and technical guidance to help customers understand solution options, risks, and recommendations.
- Design and implement cloud, modern workplace, and infrastructure solutions that align with best practice and customer goals.
- Troubleshoot complex issues and work with engineers to resolve escalations efficiently.
- Deliver standard, normal, and emergency change activities across customer environments.
- Participate in customer meetings to explain designs, remediation plans, and technical outcomes in a friendly and accessible way.
- Collaborate with our Tech Support, Technology Success, Centralised Services, and Professional Services teams to ensure solutions are delivered smoothly and consistently.
- Contribute to internal documentation, standards, and continuous improvement of our delivery frameworks.
