    About the Role

    We're seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Experience Team Member to join our team at our Wiri warehouse.

    This is a fast-paced, customer-facing role combining trade desk support with phone-based service. You'll assist customers with enquiries, orders, and transactions while working closely with our warehouse and operations teams.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Assist customers at the trade desk and via phone/email
    • Process sales orders, invoices, and payments accurately
    • Support stock control activities, including returns
    • Maintain accurate records within the NetSuite ERP system
    • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies
    To be successful in this role, you will have:
    • Previous customer service or contact centre experience
    • A confident and professional communication style
    • Strong computer skills (MS Office; NetSuite experience advantageous)
    • Excellent organisation and attention to detail
    • A proactive, adaptable approach and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
