  • Central Group's growth is commanding expansion, and therefore we're looking for an energised Territory Sales Manager to help further our growth across the lower North Island. You'll be proud to represent premium construction equipment brands such as Takeuchi and Wacker Neuson, supported by a strong nationwide team and well‑established trusted reputation.

    You will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities while strengthening relationships with existing customers across a high‑potential territory. This role gives you the autonomy to manage your own region, uncover growth opportunities, and drive commercial success.

    What You'll Do:
    • Develop new business opportunities across your territory
    • Prospect, network, and build new and service customer relationships
    • Convert leads into sales and grow market share
    • Become a trusted consultative construction equipment sales specialist
    • Manage your pipeline and consistently deliver on sales targets
    Who You Are:
    • Experienced in sales, ideally with a business development focus
    • Confident engaging new customers and building relationships
    • Self‑motivated, proactive, and whilst part of a great team, be comfortable working independently
    • Hungry to achieve results and grow your income
    • Professional, customer‑focused, and commercially minded
