Ching Contracting have been building infrastructure for over 50 years. We are locally owned, stable, and on the lookout for good people to be part of our team. Our work includes all aspects of infrastructure including drainage, civil construction, earthworks and reticulation. We work for councils, private and commercial clients. We have the skills to manage project to any specification, and always deliver projects on time, safely and exceed our quality and environmental objectives.

Who we are interested in:- Experienced drainlayers and infrastructure workers
- Machine and truck operators
- Skilled labourers and young people looking to start a career in civil construction
Experience in drainage, civil construction, earthworks and reticulation is preferable. A good attitude and work ethic are non-negotiable.
We are looking for people who:- Are diligent, reliable and professional
- Want to learn, upskill and grow
- Are self motivated with good attention to detail
- Can complete a pre-employment medical + drug & alcohol test
We have a supportive management team who genuinely care about our people - on average our staff have been with the business for over 10 years, with 25% over 20 years.
