We currently have an opportunity available at our Botany branch for a driven and professional Vehicle Sales Consultant with ambition to grow their career. We are seeking someone who is passionate about the automotive industry and thrives in a high-performing, team-focused environment. For an experienced operator, there is the opportunity for an Assistant Sales Manager role. The Role Our customers are at the heart of everything we do. To succeed in this role, you will enjoy building strong customer relationships, understanding individual needs, assisting with vehicle selection, and confidently guiding customers through the decision-making process. You will be motivated to exceed sales and performance targets, demonstrate the energy and discipline to follow up every lead from both new and existing customers, and maintain a high level of product knowledge across both new and used vehicles. Ensuring a seamless sales process from enquiry to delivery. For the right experienced applicant, there is opportunity to progress into an Assistant Sales Manager position as part of our continued growth. About You You will bring a positive, can-do attitude and a genuine desire to achieve results. Exceptional communication and customer service skills are essential, along with the ability to consistently meet sales targets and perform under pressure. Strong organisational skills, professional presentation, and a passion for the automotive industry will set you apart. A current full driver's licence is required.
