    About the Role

    In this part-time position, you will support our IT operations, assist users with hardware and software issues, maintain systems, and provide general IT administrative support across the business. This role offers flexibility, opportunities to grow, and the chance to expand into additional IT Support hours when required.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Provide day-to-day IT support to staff and agents
    • Assist with hardware setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance
    • Support Microsoft 365 applications and general IT administration
    • Diagnose technical issues, research solutions, and escalate when needed
    • Provide training or guidance to users with differing technological skill levels
    • Support wider office administration tasks when required
    • Contribute to IT initiatives, improvements, and project tasks
    • Ensure work is completed accurately and within deadlines
    • Build positive working relationships across the organisation

    • IT administration and hardware experience
    • Proficient with Microsoft 365 applications
    • Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and problem-solving abilities
    • General administrative experience
    • Interest in expanding IT knowledge and responsibilities
