Due to continued growth, we're looking for a Qualified Builder to join our friendly and professional team.
We are looking for someone who can demonstrate the following:
NZ Trade Qualified Carpenter (Level 4)
5+ years' experience in the NZ building industry
Strong knowledge of NZ building methods and regulations
High attention to detail and pride in workmanship
Reliable, motivated, with a positive attitude
Ability to work unsupervised
Full NZ driver's licence
Own basic hand tools and battery tools
Legal right to work in New Zealand
Ability to pass a drug test
You'll be working on a variety of residential projects, including new builds and renovations, delivering quality workmanship from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities will include:
Residential construction and renovation work
Reading and interpreting plans
Framing, site set-out, and finishing work
Managing materials and maintaining a tidy site
Ensuring all work meets NZ Building Code standards
Working both independently and as part of a team
Operating machinery safely and efficiently
