About the Role

This position plays a vital role in supporting both our patients and clinicians by ensuring smooth and efficient front-desk operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Greeting and welcoming patients with professionalism and warmth
Answering and managing phone calls in a timely and friendly manner
Scheduling and coordinating patient appointments accurately and efficiently
Liaising with clinicians to support patient care and ensure seamless communication
Providing accurate quotes and managing invoicing processes
Assisting patients with insurance enquiries, approvals, and claims
Maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all administrative tasks
Acting as a knowledgeable sales associate for a limited range of products available for purchase

About You

To succeed in this role, you will demonstrate:

Previous experience in a medical reception or healthcare setting (essential)
Experience processing medical insurance approvals and claims
A professional presentation and warm, welcoming demeanour
Exceptional organisational skills and strong attention to detail
Confident communication skills when liaising with patients and clinicians
A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and genuine passion for patient care
The ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
