  • Harcourts Pukekohe is thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a creative and driven Marketing Co-ordinator to join our team. This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday, offering variety, responsibility, and the chance to play a key role in supporting and growing our brand presence.

    The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating and delivering marketing initiatives and will be responsible for:
    • Preparing and coordinating marketing material for sales agents and property managers
    • Managing and coordinating company social media platforms
    • Coordinating and maintaining company websites
    • Ensuring all marketing complies with brand standards and guidelines
    • Keeping marketing material current, relevant, and up to date
    • Managing and monitoring Google Ads campaigns
    • Assisting the sales team with social media support and training
    • Contributing ideas and initiatives to grow and strengthen the brand
    • Developing promotional activities and marketing collateral
    • Organising and coordinating office events and initiatives
    Our ideal applicant will have experience working in a fast-paced environment and a genuine passion for marketing, branding, and digital communication.

    Additionally, you will need:
    • Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a similar marketing role
    • Experience with social media platforms and digital marketing tools
    • Strong skills in Canva, CapCut, and Microsoft Office Suite
    • Experience with Google Ads (beneficial)
    • Experience with Harcourts Hub, VaultRE, or Designly (advantageous but not essential)
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Excellent organisational and time-management abilities
    • A keen eye for detail and design
    • The ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
