Harcourts Pukekohe is thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a creative and driven Marketing Co-ordinator to join our team. This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday, offering variety, responsibility, and the chance to play a key role in supporting and growing our brand presence.

The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating and delivering marketing initiatives and will be responsible for:
Preparing and coordinating marketing material for sales agents and property managers
Managing and coordinating company social media platforms
Coordinating and maintaining company websites
Ensuring all marketing complies with brand standards and guidelines
Keeping marketing material current, relevant, and up to date
Managing and monitoring Google Ads campaigns
Assisting the sales team with social media support and training
Contributing ideas and initiatives to grow and strengthen the brand
Developing promotional activities and marketing collateral
Organising and coordinating office events and initiatives
Our ideal applicant will have experience working in a fast-paced environment and a genuine passion for marketing, branding, and digital communication.
Additionally, you will need:
Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a similar marketing role
Experience with social media platforms and digital marketing tools
Strong skills in Canva, CapCut, and Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with Google Ads (beneficial)
Experience with Harcourts Hub, VaultRE, or Designly (advantageous but not essential)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organisational and time-management abilities
A keen eye for detail and design
The ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
