    The Opportunity

    We are excited to offer a distinct opportunity for an experienced administrator to join our Commercial Property Management team as a Lease Administrator.

    In this role, you will complete tasks and assignments that enable our property managers to concentrate on client issues and complex negotiations. As a Lease Administrator, you will gain valuable skills related to property management, including insights into the systems and processes that drive our business.

    About the role:

    This role provides essential administrative and operational support to the Property Management team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day management of the commercial property portfolio. You will be responsible for coordinating rent reviews and renewals, preparing related documentation, and maintaining accurate records within the property management system. The position plays a key role in supporting tenant relationships by responding to enquiries, managing arrears follow-ups, and issuing tenancy statements.

    About you:
    • A background of at least 2 years administration experience, preferably in a real estate environment
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills 
    • Willingness to support other team members 
    • Adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple tasks 
    • Strong time management and prioritisation skills 
    • Understanding of business processes and systems 
    • High attention to detail 
    • Confident and efficient in using software applications 
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
