    About the Role

    We're looking for an organised and proactive Operations Administrator to support the smooth day-to-day running of our busy operations.

    This varied role suits someone who enjoys taking ownership, working independently, and confidently keeping systems, projects, and people on track.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Set up and manage projects, job folders, and work packs
    • Process supplier bills, reconcile statements, and prepare payments in Xero
    • Support payroll by checking timesheets and project allocations
    • Maintain supplier and client records
    • Coordinate travel, accommodation, and vehicle management
    • Manage PPE, stationery, and general office supplies
    • Track equipment servicing, calibrations, and compliance requirements
    • Maintain Health & Safety records and monthly client reporting
    • Organise employee training and keep certifications up to date
    • Assist with invoicing administration and purchase order tracking
    • Provide general office and team support to keep operations running smoothly
    About You

    You'll succeed in this role if you:
    • Are highly organised with strong attention to detail
    • Can work independently and manage competing priorities
    • Have confidence to follow things up and keep the team accountable
    • Enjoy a varied role where no two days are the same
    Skills & Experience:
    • Previous Office Management or Senior Administrator experience
    • Strong working knowledge of Xero, Excel, and Microsoft Word
    • Payroll and accounts administration experience
    • Experience supporting project or trade-based businesses advantageous
