We are seeking a reliable and motivated Sales Representative to manage and grow our Wellington region.
This role combines sales, customer service, and regular product deliveries, and suits someone who enjoys being hands-on and working independently.
About Us
Specialist Cleaning Supplies Ltd is a leading supplier of commercial cleaning equipment, chemicals, and consumables across New Zealand. We are known for our strong customer relationships, dependable service, and quality products.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and grow an established customer base in the Wellington region
- Actively seek and develop new customers and grow the area
- Pick up customer orders from our Palmerston North warehouse and deliver to customers as required
- Visit customers regularly to provide product advice and support
- Maintain accurate sales and delivery records
- Attend weekly meetings and report to head office in Palmerston North (relevant for applicants who will not reside in Palmerston North)
- Represent SCS professionally at all times
About You:- Previous sales experience (B2B or trade sales preferred)
- Comfortable with regular driving, loading, and delivering goods
- Physically fit and safety-conscious
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with good organisation and time management
- Full, clean NZ driver's licence
- Cleaning supply industry experience is an advantage, but not essential

Location & Travel:- Territory: Wellington Region
- Regular travel between Palmerston North and Wellington
- Weekly reporting/meetings at Palmerston North Head Office (relevant for applicants who will not reside in Palmerston North)
- Applicants who reside in Palmerston North will stay 1 night in a hotel in Wellington per week
