    What You'll Do

    As the Foreman of our machine shop, reporting to our Production Manager, you will:
    • Lead day‑to‑day production and workflow
    • Allocate work to machinists
    • Provide technical machining support
    • Conduct quality checks
    • Maintain housekeeping, 5S, and safety
    • Coordinate materials, tooling and CNC programs
    • Support maintenance and equipment issue escalation
    • Coach and support staff
    • Update job progress and contribute to reporting

    Who We're Looking For

    We'd love to meet you if you:
    • Have a Trade Certificate or higher in Fitting and Turning / Machining
    • Have strong CNC and manual machining knowledge
    • Are experienced with CAM software and CNC programming
    • Have experience leading teams in a machine shop
    • Have strong communication and organization abilities
    • Are detail and accuracy oriented
    • Have a high level of competence interpreting engineering drawings
    • Have a safety‑focused mindset
    Relevant licences / tickets (forklift, overhead crane, etc.) are advantageous.
