What You'll Do
As the Foreman of our machine shop, reporting to our Production Manager, you will:- Lead day‑to‑day production and workflow
- Allocate work to machinists
- Provide technical machining support
- Conduct quality checks
- Maintain housekeeping, 5S, and safety
- Coordinate materials, tooling and CNC programs
- Support maintenance and equipment issue escalation
- Coach and support staff
- Update job progress and contribute to reporting

Who We're Looking For
We'd love to meet you if you:- Have a Trade Certificate or higher in Fitting and Turning / Machining
- Have strong CNC and manual machining knowledge
- Are experienced with CAM software and CNC programming
- Have experience leading teams in a machine shop
- Have strong communication and organization abilities
- Are detail and accuracy oriented
- Have a high level of competence interpreting engineering drawings
- Have a safety‑focused mindset
Relevant licences / tickets (forklift, overhead crane, etc.) are advantageous.
