We're a well-established Auckland residential building company with a strong pipeline of renovations, and reclads. Due to continued growth, we're looking for an experienced Carpenter or Hammer Hand to join our team on a Contractor basis.

About the Role
You'll be working across residential and light commercial construction projects throughout Auckland, carrying out a range of carpentry and general building tasks.
Your work may include:- Framing, formwork, and structural carpentry
- Installing windows, doors, cladding, and trim
- Interior fit-outs and finishing work
- Decks and exterior structures
- Concrete formwork and placing
- General site duties and assisting the wider team
- Maintaining high Health & Safety standards on site
For qualified carpenters, there is opportunity to:- Lead small site teams
- Mentor apprentices
- Assist with site planning and coordination

What We're Looking For:- Proven NZ residential building experience
- Trade qualified Carpenter or experienced Hammer Hand
- LBP highly regarded (for Carpenter level)
- Strong understanding of NZ Building Code
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Own hand tools
- Full driver's licence and reliable transport
