About the Role
As a Business Territory Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities while managing and growing a portfolio of clients. You'll work closely with businesses to understand their ICT and telecommunications needs and provide tailored solutions that support their success.
Key responsibilities include:- Developing and executing strategic sales plans to drive business growth
- Building strong relationships with new and existing business clients
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within your territory
- Managing and maintaining a healthy and accurate sales pipeline
- Meeting with clients to understand their needs and present tailored ICT solutions
- Preparing quotes, negotiating agreements, and managing contracts
- Promoting and cross-selling ICT products, services, and hardware solutions
- Conducting market research and staying informed about industry trends and competitors
- Providing accurate sales forecasts and contributing to overall business strategy
- Ensuring excellent customer experience through ongoing account management
About You
To succeed in this role, you will bring:- A bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, IT, or a related field, or at least 2-3 years of relevant sales experience
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivation and the ability to work independently
- A proactive, goal-oriented mindset with a passion for sales and technology
