With growth, a new position for a positive, energetic and organised person has come up for someone to join our fun and friendly team in the fast paced area of property management working alongside our experienced Property Manager.
This is an excellent opportunity set to begin in March 2026.
The role entails tenancy management, encompassing tasks such as inspections, reports, maintenance management, and liaising with tenants and property owners, plus the usual admin requirements.
The successful candidate must have:- A full driver's licence
- The ability to work independently
- Great communication skills, written and verbal
- Attention to detail
- Self-motivation and a proactive approach to work
- A positive, outgoing attitude
