EnergySmart is one of New Zealand's leading providers of residential insulation since 1999.
We're on the hunt for reliable people to install ceiling, wall, and underfloor insulation in residential homes (new builds and retrofits). This is a physically demanding role involving crawling under houses, working in ceiling cavities, handling insulation, and being on your feet all day. PPE and full training are provided.
What the role involves:- Installing insulation to NZS4246 standards
- Working in confined spaces and dusty environments
- Manual handling and physical work every day
- Working in a small team
- Using a tablet for job details
What we're looking for:- Physically fit, agile, and resilient
- Comfortable with hard work and getting dirty at times
- Full manual driver's licence (essential)
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Good customer-facing skills
- Leadership potential is a bonus
This is a Monday-Friday role with a 7am start. Extra hours and occasional Saturdays available.
