We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Production Operations Coordinator to oversee and control production workflow within our factory. This is a fast-paced, detail-critical role where accuracy, recall, and sound judgement are essential.
You'll act as a central control point between sales and production - ensuring garments are ordered, received, allocated, quality checked, and progressed smoothly through to completion. Nothing slips through the cracks on your watch.
About the Role
You will maintain clear visibility across all active jobs, anticipate potential issues, and dynamically adjust priorities to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met. This role suits someone who thrives on structure, accountability, and staying one step ahead.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage job progression and workflow within DecoNetwork
- Order garments and materials accurately and on time
- Track incoming goods, back orders, and supplier delays
- Allocate work to production team members and adjust priorities as needed
- Sense-check job details before production begins and clarify discrepancies
- Ensure all information, approvals, and materials are in place
- Conduct post-production quality checks (garment, design, placement, colour, overall quality)
- Identify and coordinate corrections or remakes where required
- Maintain oversight of outstanding tasks and follow through to completion
