Ray White Metro is the leading Ray White business outside Auckland providing sales and financial solutions to the Canterbury marketplace.
We are seeking a Business Development Executive to continue to drive our business forward and develop our high performing team.
About the Role:- Identify and win new property management opportunities to grow the rent roll
- Develop and maintain referral networks with developers, owners corporations, and local contacts
- Nurture existing landlord relationships to drive retention and uncover additional opportunities
- Turn property appraisals into signed management agreements through a high standard of service
- Work closely with the sales and property management teams to support and deliver lead-generation initiatives
- Monitor rent roll growth and provide regular performance updates to management
About You:- At least two years' experience in sales or business development
- A background in real estate, ideally within Property Management would be advantageous
- Demonstrated success in sourcing, converting, and retaining new clients
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively
- Professional, confident communicator with solid understanding of Christchurch's market
- Highly driven, well-organised, and motivated by achieving targets
