At Waikato Office Products Depot we are proudly NZ owned and locally operated. As a member of the Office Products Depot buying group and member of the BPGI, we have access to over 100,000 quality products.
We currently seek the skills of a Distribution Assistant, who can help excel the productivity of our busy team!
This position will assist in the day to day running of the warehouse, with great career prospects for the future.
We require someone who is reliable with a great attitude, customer service focus, plenty of initiative and a 'hands on' approach to work. Someone who wants to further their career and become a big player in their field.
Your main responsibilities will be:- Processing dispatch
- Outwards goods picking and packing
- Restocking showroom
- Stocktaking
- Warehouse Duties
- Backorder Management
This is a busy operation and ensuring stock flows in and out of the business efficiently is critical to ensure our service is the best it can possibly be.
Therefore, it is important you have the following skills and attributes:- Excellent Communication skills
- Confident computer skills
- Accuracy
- Pace and Energy
- Great organisational skills
- The ability to prioritise work
- The attitude of 'Can Do, Will Do'
- Full Driver's license
