  • For nearly 80 years Rigg Zschokke Ltd have been providing exceptional design and build services for commercial, civil and residential clients throughout New Zealand and the Wairarapa.

    We are seeking a reliable and organised Office Administrator to join our team on a permanent part-time basis (initially 20 hours per week with the potential to increase in the future).

    This varied and hands-on role is suited to an experienced Office Administrator who enjoys supporting a busy workplace.

    About the Role

    Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
    • Providing backup support to reception as required
    • Managing general administration duties to support day-to-day operations
    • Accounting support including debtors, creditors, GST and monthly financial reports
    • Maintaining accurate records and documentation
    • Supporting the team with ad hoc administrative tasks as needed
    About You

    To be successful in this role, you will have:
    • Proven experience in an administrative role
    • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
    • Confidence using office systems and basic financial reporting tools
    • A professional and friendly communication style
    • The ability to work independently and manage priorities
