We are seeking a reliable and organised Office Administrator to join our team on a permanent part-time basis (initially 20 hours per week with the potential to increase in the future).
This varied and hands-on role is suited to an experienced Office Administrator who enjoys supporting a busy workplace.
About the Role
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Providing backup support to reception as required
Managing general administration duties to support day-to-day operations
Accounting support including debtors, creditors, GST and monthly financial reports
Maintaining accurate records and documentation
Supporting the team with ad hoc administrative tasks as needed
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Proven experience in an administrative role
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Confidence using office systems and basic financial reporting tools
A professional and friendly communication style
The ability to work independently and manage priorities
