We're currently looking for a customer focused Service Advisor to join our growing Audi & CUPRA service team.
This role involves frontline contact with our company's many customers, and as a face of Ebbett Audi & CUPRA we have high expectations of honesty, competence, professionalism and delivering on the commitments made to these customers.
The successful applicant will need to be able to demonstrate:
A commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
Excellent time management
A high level of personal presentation
A willingness to learn
An approachable and friendly personality
Clear communication skills (to enable you to relay information effectively with both customers and staff)
Previous automotive industry experience would be helpful but not essential as we can provide full industry specific training.
Remuneration will be negotiated with the successful applicant and be relevant to the qualifications, skills and experience you bring to our team.
